Each appointment begins with some counseling. I want to know how you are doing, what is working for you and what isn't. I want to know how you're feeling, I will listen.

Then I'll observe a feeding session and give tips, tricks, or advice. If you have any questions or concerns we can address them.

To conclude I help you set up a feeding plan and will follow up with an email that includes your plan and answers to your questions.
